Meet Pinks Associates — Built on Growth, Grounded in Family Associates
We started life as Pinksauce Leasing. If you have been around long enough to remember that, you will know it was a different time — a tighter focus, a smaller network, and a business that was still finding its footing.
That has changed. And so have I.
I am Chris Pink. Over the past several years, something became clear: the more I invested in relationships — with clients, with lenders, with my community — the more doors opened that I had not even thought to knock on. New sectors. New products. New conversations that led somewhere none of us expected. Pinksauce Leasing became the foundation for something broader, and Pinks Associates is what that growth became.
Today, Pinks Associates is the umbrella for everything we do — asset finance, invoice discounting, business funding, vehicle leasing, salary sacrifice, and the kind of strategic financial advice that does not fit neatly into a single category. The name changed because the business outgrew what it started as. That feels like something worth saying out loud.
What We Are Building
I work with UK business owners who are growing and need someone in their corner who will tell them the truth about their options, not the version that is easiest to sell. That means understanding how lenders think, knowing which ones suit which businesses, and structuring deals correctly from the start so they do not cause problems later.
Pinks Associates spans asset finance, invoice finance, business funding, lodge funding, vehicle leasing and salary sacrifice vehicles. Underneath all of it is the same commitment: clear advice, the right lender, no shortcuts.
The Reason Any of It Is Possible
Building something from the ground up — changing direction when it needs changing, trying things that do not always work, getting back up and going again — takes more than ambition. It takes someone at home who believes in what you are doing even when the belief is harder to come by.
For me, that person is my wife Lyndsay. She is the core of everything I am able to pursue. The reason I can take risks, absorb the failures, learn from them, and keep moving. Businesses do not get built by one person — and I would not want to pretend otherwise.
We also have kids who are beginning to think seriously about their futures. That matters to me as much as anything. What I am building with Pinks Associates is not just a business — it is a demonstration that you can do things properly, treat people well, build something with integrity, and it can work. If that is the example they carry with them into their own careers over the next decade, I will have done something right.
Community Is Not a Side Project
Outside of finance, I am a Corporate Ambassador for Dementia Support — a cause that is genuinely close to my heart, and one I am proud to give time and energy to.
I am also involved in Walking Rugby with Chichester Rugby Club. It brings together people who would not otherwise be in the same room — different ages, different backgrounds, different stories — for fitness, fresh air and decent company. If you are in the area and curious, come and find us.
You will usually find me somewhere between Chichester and Windsor, working face-to-face where I can. I believe relationships are still built in person, and the best outcomes I have seen come from clients who trust me enough to give me the full picture.
